We have been going about this the wrong way. Let's take a step back and analyze the situation.

Sure I'm open to analysis, hopefully we can turn this thing around and make the other side come off looking like the villin.

The last operation wasn't coordinated properly. Mistakes were made:

1.) The conversation in the Shoutbox.
2.) The unbanning of banned members.
3.) The leaking of the Mod Lounge archives (with Starr's name all over them).
4.) Ix not using a proxy.

... and so on. This could have been planned much better. We should have went in there late at night, downloaded the Mod Lounge, and snuck out. Then we could have leaked the archives without them knowing which super moderator account was being used to access their files.

I also believe that Ixabert, though a good friend and a great ally in this, struck too early. Therefore Starr was about to connect her registration with the hack. He struck about 2 hours after she had registered. It should have been at least 3 weeks.

You guys did a good job retrieving the Mod Lounge. Don't get me wrong. How did they find out what you were up to?

We need to destroy them once and for all.

This is what I wonder myself. The only thing I did was log in and save a few files. If this gave away evidence, then we must learn from it and realize that you can't hack an account without being caught.

The possibility remains that Ixabert, accidentally, did something to give himself away. But I can't confirm or deny this.

Give us a complete recap of how you pulled this off, what transpired, and how you were banned from there.

I cracked the email password, and IX found the phora password within the email. We both logged in. I archived her private messges and a few of the reported posts, and IX archived the rest of the mod lounge. I tried to use httrack but failed.

We then saw a post in the mod lounge, calling all moderaters to reset their passwords. We knew we were caught (communicating on AIM the whole time), but I don't know if IX did something to let him catch us or not. At this point, knowing we were caught, IX decided it was time to ban and unban people. In doing this, however, he revealed that he was the person with her account.

Daniel Shayes and I made a post with our unbanned accounts, and were quickly rebanned.

The lesson to be learned from this experience is that acting impulsively is no substitute for planning. If you are going to rob a bank, don't trip the alarms.

How many passwords do you have? Who are these people?

We have very few now, because people started changing them. We did use the LWB account to lure Starr into signing up. I thought it was an aggressive move, but I think it was ultimately a risk we had to take.

Moving on.

What is the next operation being planned? I saw this being discussed at The Lyceum.

My next plan is to take down IX's forum, and blame it on overwatch hacking.
