First off: how exactly did the Phora end up as Flak/Stan property? Did any money change hands? Were any transfer documents signed?

Because if any did, or were, it's very possible that you two "own" those archives.

Secondly, I'm curious re intellectual-property laws. Granted the "I agree" everyone has to click yes to to join an online msg board is like relinquishing an intellectual-property claim on one's own commentary (this is of course one court-case away from being completely exploded as invalid, but never mind that right now), but what Fade is doing is a bit different. He's claiming as his own property 'work' that was not expressly designed and created for for a Fade the Butcher comeback venue called "The Lyceum" or "Shadow Phora", but for the original Phora which is now - legally? - the property of others.

In other words, his 'archive' is a bootleg - an unauthorized copy. I wonder if a lawyer's-letter might dissuade him from continuing (lawyer's-letters generally have that sort of chilling effect.)

I bring this up because of the disgusting irony of seeing people who openly despised and/or disparaged Harkkonen the Barbarian being exhumed against their will in an utterly-false, pro-Fade context. Anti-Yuppie, Lindstedt, Neo-Nietzsche and even Wintermute can't stand Richie Rich and I'm sure want no part of this phony revival movement.

Furthermore, Anti-Yuppie grew so disgusted with BOrr in specific, and the Forum Wars/Cult of Daedalus in general, that he asked to have all of his posts removed years ago. I suppose he figured that the breadcrumb trail leading back to his private life wasn't worth the temporary minor celebrity of being the face of principled racialism. So I can assure you he ain't happy about this (if he's even aware of it).

We have nothing to worry about. If they tamper with our archives, I will sue them.
