Predict winner. USA team does very well, like Spain, Argentia and Italy. But I think that Italy has not chances to make any kind of medal... but everything is possible... we'll see.

America because black people jump higher and have an instinct for where the ball will be. Can't beat niggers in the game of basketball it's impossible. Not the best anyways. The best players in the NBA often times don't even bother to join Team USA. They get more money playing in the NBA.

Do you remember world cup in Indianapolis? Athens olympic? Blacks played there, as I can remember? Not average players...

I didn't watch those. But I did watch the Dream team in the Olympics or hear about it rather. It was a suprise to everyone that they didn't win. Not sure who beat them but yeah they weren't the best players in the NBA but there were some of the best and others average.

Blacks have different game plans. They strength of the black player is to stay near the basket where he can use his speed and jumping ability to dunk or do a lay up. White players usually rely on 3 pointers. From what I have seen White players have better outside games. That is to say they rely on hitting 3's.

I know. I'm big time NBA fan. I've visited couple of NBA games when I was in Chicago. I saw Knicks and Hawks, but from pretty far seats...:(

I don't like basketball. The sport is like 78% black (it used to be higher). How am I supposed to enjoy it? I would much rather watch Hockey or Soccer. Back as a kid all the kids who played basketball on the street were submersed into the "ghetto culture". So I've had an aversion to this sport since my youth. Growing up, I once thought as a kid that all the filipinos here were like half negroid, half south-east asian because of how much they act black, play basketball and listen to rap.

Then why did Steve Nash win MVP twice in a row? With this thinking its no wonder why no white kids play the sport anymore.

100% right! Look Peja, Dirk, Nash... The Guy who played for Twolwes, Igor Rakocevic has black psyhical abilities. 6'4 flying head to the rim (douple pump reverse!!!)...speed like Iverson.

I think Larry Bird said something like he wanted to get more white kids into the sport? I believe he said that the only white kids that got into it were usually farmboys such as himself. Or am I wrong? I know that Bird has never been shy about making statements on the race issue.

Nowadays with the European imports there are more "white kids" starting to play. Before the NBA was 83%+ Black. Last time I checked its 78% Black and dropping. In that same article black american figures were complaining that the NBA was starting to become less of a black sport. Can you believe the hypocrisy? Imagine if the whites complained that the NHL was becoming less white? All hell would break loose.

It's not that I think whites should give up but in a way, I remember reading on this website about this guy who knew some white guys in basketball. Apparently the guys were quoted as saying, "who wants to be in a locker room full of niggers" when asked about why white people are a minority in the sport. And that has been the case for me too, I never really was interested in basketball because it always felt like a so-called "nigger sport" to me. Usually it would be the Filipinos (they are like the blacks of asia) and the blacks who would play and I was disgusted with the "thug life" attitude of these people. I was much more interested in playing street hockey with more civilized beings.

And Steve Nash's greatness does show that black people aren't necessarily superior in the sport. The only reason why blacks go into Basketball in droves is because white coaches think that they need the stereotypical fast, long-legged negro in his team to win and this is why you see some NCAA coaches desperate enough to pimp out their own daughter to blacks to get them on their team (this actually happened once, though this was football not basketball). There are better white players out there but the coaches are going to push and train the black guys more because of the stereotype that they are more athletic.

Another interesting fact I read is that apparently according to some TV ratings study, white households are more likely to continue to watch basketball when they see a white player making a "good play" in a basketball game whereas if its a black player, they change the channel. Some blacks have been whining about this being racist. Well wtf. Can you blame the families? It's much more satisfying to see a white guy dominate in a sport surrounded by negroids and the people can obviously identify with the white player more.

Myself included, people are getting fed up with the attitudes displayed by Black players in the NBA. The notion of a team-oriented game, never their strong suit to begin with, has degraded so far that they are dragging the sport down to an And1 mix tape level. Guys, it's not a one-on-one sport.
Ron Artest helped turn off thousands, maybe even millions worldwide sparking that little brawl, which started off with him being too damn chicken to go toe-to-toe with Shaka Zulu Ben Wallace. :negro:
Homegrown whites, Europeans, and other, let's just say, non-Blacks are re-instilling some values back to the game.
Nash is a prime example of course, so is Dirk. Another "non-Black" with amazing physical abilities, drive and basketball acumen is Manu. These players have recently been the highlights of the NBA, and I think many can agree on that.

I know the NBA has become riddled with "thug culture". It's disgusting. Especially with the whole Ron Artest deal. I like when a classy player like Steve Nash can show how gentlemen play the game though.

I pretty much tuned out when the Thugs revolted against the "dress code rules".
Seeing Stephen Jackson demand the protection of a young Black Male's right to wear chains was hilarious in a way I'm pretty sure he never intended it to be though!

Yeah it's like they think they are above it all just because they are a bunch of rich buffons paid to throw around a basketball for a living and trade STDs with cheerleaders, strippers and groupie sluts.
