What's your opinion about the use of Kazaa and other similar download services where people exchange music and other stuff without paying forthe copyrights? Please make abstraction of the judaic or negroid nature and the quality of the stuff created by he recording companies.

I think it is ok. I currently use LimeWire (www.limewire.com) because Kazaa is teh shit. I know some people have already been sued for that but I don't really care.

As we discussed this in shoutbox I'll simply rehash:

While it is illegal it is simply impossible to enforce. The question is therefore moot. On a side note, I do think it is a noble act to rip off such trashbags as David Geffen and Ice Cube. So besides any legal or economic views I may have on the subject, the racial effect is paramount.

I enjoy mixing my labor with music, film and software via Kazaa. I think its great.

It is one of the easiest ways to live beyond one's means, and it helps justify an expensive system one can't really afford, so I don't see why not. I believe recent rulings have held it to be open for appeal by whomever has an interest, but not technically 'illegal' or at any rate punishable, in Canada, however.
