Why shouldn't the French be biased in favor of the current citizens of France, Steve? Why must they now be repatriated? That's a separatist solution.

Citizesnism is obviously a half-assed ideology that even Sailer himself doesn't seem to take all too seriously. My guess is that he's playing devil's advocate. But Sailer is too much of a do-gooder; he can't help himself.

I think citizenism can work if the minorities remain MINORITIES and are willing to assimilate.
