1:What exactly means an Aryan?
I know that Aryans are white people,but nothing more.Tell me something else,for example is that man a clear Aryan?

Most Europe speaks indo -european languages, but there are some non - indo -european languages in Europe. Aryan is also indian, pakistani and iranian languages.

Term 'Aryan' can only be used in linguistics, and perhaps to some extent in folklore studies, early literature and history of culture. Of course, in the meaning of Indo-European.

Using the term in association with any express of racism, as it is popularly used today, is senseless for many reasons. To disregard the fact that similar racial background is often made insignificant due to cultural differences, mostly caused by religion, a thing like 'Aryan racism' makes no sense for it would have to include Indians/Pakis, Persians, Kurds etc. on one side, and exclude Basques, Hungarians, Finns and Turks on the other, who are, needless to say, racially closer to Europeans than the former ones. Finns and Hungarians are, for that matter, more 'Aryan' than many European 'Aryans'.
