There are sociological contributing factors outside of pure biological degeneracy... the black were poorer and less educated then whites in the 1950's but they had a stable family structure and were far less prone to crime and drugs. You could explain this decline in terms of the decline of christianity and Booker T's ethos in the black community, the great society and welfare state( which inspire widespread bastardy), and the prominence of black entertainers and athletes( whos opulent life inspires blacks to not train for more achieveable professions, and then when the vast majority realize probably in early HS I would say they aren't going to become basketball stars, actors or rappers... then crime follows).

The rich don't necessarily behave better than the poor.

And of course a lot has to do with upbringing. If somebody who is, by the character they have developed, regardless of race or whatever, violent and so forth, making a big whack of money won't change that.

Now, why among some groups the upbringings are more likely to develop such characters is the question.
