I'm getting mixed results. I clicked on the links for 10 random countries, and of those 8 worked, 2 didn't.

Me too. Some work, and some don't.

Anyway, I found this one satisfying enough -> www.flags.net (http://www.flags.net/fullindex.htm). It seems useful and also gives some miscelaneous data on every state. It worked for every country/organization i clicked on.
