I like strongmen competition also,I like to watch every event that shows strength.
I actually know an 18 year old guy from Israel that is going to participate in the strongman competitiona this year,he is very young but he is absolutely huge! he squats 500 kg!
anyway I also like Magnus he is great!

Bodybuilders tend to do horribly at these strongman comps. I think it's due to the way they train- usually with less weight and many more reps; definition and mass are the goals, not super strength. Most powerlifters are relatively thick muscled dudes who lift with lots of weight for low reps.

yes thats right,the hypertrophy training(bodybuilders) is mostly training with RM 4-15. while strength,maximum power training are done mostly with RM 1-4.
