Anyone have really pronounce veins? My veins are really distinguishable up around my thighs, arms, and face. I think it's because I have trouble tanning. I usually get burnt on days when the weather is overcast, though, I can never get a suntan to hide my veins. Sometimes when I'm handing people something at work I hide my hands from view. I don't want to let them see my ugly bluish veins. I don't have varicose veins. Thank God! But I'm scared they might be spider veins. That would be totally hideous. What if I wanted to wear a wife beater? No way, the inner half of my bicep is engulfed in a sea of blue veins. Sometimes I look in the mirror and see blue veins around the closing of my eye or around my jaw. I see veins in my sleep in endless spider-webs. I feel light headed when I think about my veins rupturing. I wonder each day how I can cover my veins. Do you think it's normal to see your veins through your skin? Maybe I should join a tanning salon. Blue veins just give me the heeby jeebies!

Yes, on parts of my body that are not exposed to the sun. I can't say it disturbs me at all, though. This isn't to mention that after I've been exercising my muscles, some veins are not only visible, but actually bulge. This is common in men.

Probably maybe

My veins are visible too and that's ok. Don't bother - it's normal among some people.

Cold weather tends to do that, they're not so visible when it's hot
