Suppose a man has an affair with a married woman. If she sleeps with her husband, does that count as cheating on her boyfriend?

No because her and her boyfriend cannot be an 'item' by default, with her being married. She is cheating on her husband whenever she bangs her boyfriend, but not vice versa.
