On 25 Sep 1815 it had been decided to use the "middle title" until a "long title" could be decided upon. This seems to have come only on 18 November 1849:

Franz Joseph I. von Gottes Gnaden Kaiser von Österreich, König von Ungarn und Böhmen, König der Lombardei und Venedigs, von Dalmatien, Croatien, Slawonien, Galicien, Lodomerien und Illyrien; König von Jerusalem, etc; Erzherzog zu Österreich; Großherzog von Toskana und Krakau; Herzog von Lothringen, von Salzburg, Steyer, Kärnthen, Krain und der Bukowina; Großfürst zu Siebenbürgen; Markgraf von Mähren; Herzog von Ober- und Niederschlesien, von Modena, Parma, Piacenza und Guastalla, von Auschwitz und Zator, von Teschen, Friaul, Ragusa und Zara; gefürsteter Graf von Habsburg und Tyrol, Kyburg, Görz und Gradiska, Fürst von Trient und Brixen; Markgraf von Ober- und Niederlausitz und in Istrien; Graf von Hohenems, Feldkirch, Bregenz, Sonnenberg, etc., Herr von Triest, von Cattaro und auf der Windischen Mark, Großwojwode der Wojwodschaft Serbien etc. etc.

(Source: FRANZ GALL, Österreichische Wappenkunde, Wien 1992, Böhlau)

The title somewhat changed later, but Großwojwode der Wojwodschaft Serbien (Grand-Duke of Dukedom Serbia) remained as its part until 1918 and the end of the Great War.

It remained essentially unchanged until 1918, as the style of the last Austrian Emperor shows:

Karl der Erste, von Gottes Gnaden Kaiser von Österreich, König von Ungarn, dieses Namens der Vierte, König von Böhmen, von Dalmatien, Kroatien, Slawonien, Galizien, Lodomerien und Illyrien; König von Jerusalem etc; Erzherzog von Österreich; Großherzog von Toskana und Krakau; Herzog von Lothringen, von Salzburg, Steier, Kärnthen, Krain und der Bukowina; Großfürst zu Siebenbürgen, Markgraf von Mähren, Herzog von Ober- und Niederschlesien, von Modena, Parma, Piascenza und Quastalla, von Auschwitz und Zator, von Teschen, Friaul, Ragusa und Zara; gefürsteter Graf von Habsburg und Tirol, von Kyburg, Görz und Gradiska; Fürst von Trient und Brixen; Markgraf von Ober- und Niederlausitz und in Istrien; Graf von Hohenembs, Feldkirch, Bregenz, Sonnenberg, etc., Herr von Triest, von Cattaro und auf der Windischen Mark; Großwojwode der Wojwodschaft Serbien etc. etc.

The TITLE was not abolished in 1860.

Greetings, Banat.

Greetings, Banat.

"In November 1849, by a decision of the Austrian emperor, this Serbian region was recognized as legal Austrian crownland known as Vojvodina of Serbia and Tamiš Banat ( German: Woiwodschaft Serbien und Temescher Banat). It consisted of Banat, Bačka and Srem. An Austrian governor seated in Temišvar ruled the area, and the title of Duke belonged to the emperor himself. The full title of the emperor was "Great duke of Vojvodina of Serbia" (German: Großwoiwode der Woiwodschaft Serbien). The province was abolished in 1860, and since 1867, it was located within the Budapest part of Austria-Hungary."

I posted this only because you practically called me a liar when I stated that the title of Austrian Emperor included the title of Grand-Duke of Dukedom Serbia, which is more-less modern Vojvodina, and persisted in saying that such thing never happened, even called it 'rubbish'.

I posted the second post only when you, after accepting that it was so in the end, claimed that the title was abolished in 1860, and wouldn't accept the fact that although the Dukedom Serbia was abolished, the title of Serbian Grand-Duke remained until the end of the Empire in 1918, which I kept saying.

Those were the only reasons, and my only point. No more, no less, but the title of Austrain Kaisers solely.

The very sources you posted prove you wrong. The title and the province was abolished in 1860.

Btw. how do you explain the paradox there is no arms of this supposed province/title? And also the fact it's not mentioned or shown in any territorial map...ever?

No, it is you who are wrong (again), which could be understood and over-passed if only you weren't that stubbornly persistent in your claims (like always), first that the title didn't even exist, and now that it was deleted after the abolishment of Dukedom of Serbia in 1860.

The "very" sources don't prove me wrong. The first one clearly says that the Grand-Duke title was NOT deleted, but remained until 1918. The others don't say anything about it being deleted or not.

And so says this "very" source, too:

In other words, let's have a another discussion in which I am already pre-destined to take some position I didn't claim in the first place.

One link on the internet doesn't make you right.

Btw. I am asking you again...where is the coat of arms of the supposed duchy...why isn't it shown on any map and in herladry of Austrian Emperors/Archdukes? :p
