Norway: Oslo Immigrant rape statistics shock

Two out of three charged with rape in Norway’s capital are immigrants with a non-western background according to a police study. The number of rape cases is also rising steadily.The study is the first where the crime statistics have been analyzed according to ethnic origin. Of the 111 charged with rape in Oslo last year, 72 were of non-western ethnic origin, 25 are classified as Norwegian or western and 14 are listed as unknown.

Rape charges in the capital are spiraling upwards, 40 percent higher from 1999 to 2000 and up 13 percent so far this year.

I don't know if I would call it the majority Mr Cross. Atleast a loud minority. Maybe it's the area I live in and the kind of people I talk to but everywhere I've been asside from the big cities (where all the 'important' things happen) people aren't blind to the errors in multiculturalism. They simply don't have the heart to stand up for what they believe in or are too lost in the details of surviving this day and age (keeping a place to live and work) to really care.

These statistics are awful, but do not surprise me in the least. Oslo is a breeding ground for immigrant scum from the middle east. There are women walking the streets in full burka everywhere. I was hard pressed to find a Norwegian when I went out to one of the clubs downtown. However, I would like to know the ethnic background of the non-western rapists. In my experience in Norway it seemed to me that it was the arabs that were the trouble-makers. I remember seeing one especially gangster-thug looking Turk or maybe Paki driving a brand new Jaguar. And I'm so sure he earned the money for that by legal means. :rolleyes: I met two Africans while in Norway and both of them were extremely nice and helpful. My money is on the rapists being arab.

I agree! The maximum sentence one can receive in Norway is 21 years and the convicts are generally paroled after only serving 12 (although I heard somewhere that this was raised to 14 years). Maximum sentences are usually given out only for murder so I'd hate to imagine what kind of piddly sentence a rapist would get.

As the Nowegians had little racism in their culture, they needed to learn it from the foreigners. Pakistanis and negroes don't mix the norwegians and are both stupid, so I don't see them as a long term threat. And just like in Norway the sentences are so low, it's compleatly insane. I mean it's usual to hear the media report that a rapist got a "hard" sentence, when he only got a few years. That always baffles me. Up against a wall, and shoot the bastards. It can't be that difficult.

Give them a sound public thrashing, then deport them back to where they came from. As our understanding of the interactions between genes, environment and evolution increases, we can see concepts as like 'bad blood' and race reflected in differences in the DNA.

The number of rapes in the Norwegian capital Oslo is six times as high as in New York City. I’ve written about the issue of rape and Muslim immigration so many times that I am, quite frankly, a bit tired of the subject. But as we all know, problems don’t disappear just because you are tired of talking about them, so here goes.

There has been an explosive increase in the number of rape charges in the city of Oslo, but both the media and the authorities consistently refuse to tell us why. They did do so, however, in 2001, when two out of Norway’s three largest newspapers, Aftenposten and Dagbladet, reported that most of these rape charges involve an immigrant perp, which again mostly means Muslims. Both newspapers have since then conveniently “forgotten” about this, and have never connected the issue to Muslim immigration although the number of rape charges has continued to rise to historic levels. They are thus at best guilty of extreme incompetence, since their former articles about this issue are still available online.

Norway’s Minister of Justice from 2001 to 2005, Odd Einar Dørum, mentioned the problem in 2001 but has later gone quiet about the issue. The reported number of rapes in Oslo is now six—6!—times as high per capita as in New York City, yet the media keeps warning against Islamophobia.

According to Aftenposten, the clinic (voldtektsmottak) at the emergency hospital known as Legevakt has never had so many rape victims to treat. Its ability to care for them all is being severely tested. The number of reported rapes has skyrocketed this year.

I think Fjordman know very vell that Unni Wikan is one of the more sane ones from the social anthropology community, but foreigners don't know that, and fjordman is a journalist and an agitator and takes journalistic liberties. I think he could have found more wothy oponents to blame, but that is peanuts. The main thing is that the message that immigrants are dangerous comes through, and that persons in the academic community starts to warn about future immigrant hell if nothing is done.

This is what Unni Wikan wrote in her review of Hege Storhaugs* newest book .
'Men størst av alt er friheten.', (Biggest of all is freedom )

Roughly translated she says that Hege Storhaug is to smart to be ignored, and that she is correct in pointing out the failures of western policy towards the immigrants.
She also says she today recognizes the dangers from increasing immigration, as she sees the western democracies as frail, and open for attack because of their trusting nature.
