I remember this test from a couple of months ago. I scored badly. I thought I had some vague idea how I would picture either of them, but again I missed many.

I think of Chinese as more round-headed, and of Japanese as most "white". But again, most of those Chinese that seem to multiply in my neighbourhood don't even look like I imagined them before - they look and behave more like "Chinese Gypsies".

i know alot of those chinese, japanese, and koreans are albinos. i bet they don't have albinos as a selection choice.

I got 8 correct. The test was difficult. A couple of them look like their family has a cracka in the woodpile.

I think of the very few I did get right, most were Vietnamese looking that I marked down as Chinese.

I got 10 correct, although I went through it in a matter of a minute or two. The Chinese are generally darker skinned and have wider noses and their eyes are not as "soft" as those of the Japanese (the latter also look more caucasoid). The Koreans are somewhere in between, which makes sense given the geographical relation among the three ethnicities in question. It would be interesting to see a similar website put together for Eastern Europeans--or all Europeans, for that matter! Even for Africans, that would be the toughest by far; I'm sure most African-Americans have no idea how to go about it. In general, it is healthy for people to try and discriminate one from the other like this.

It would help if they didn't just throw random pictures out at you. First of all, it's very difficult to see a face shape if the angle is not straight forward, secondly making funny/idiotic faces that disrupts the view of other facial features was very annoying.

But then again, it wasn't supposed to be analytical.
