Nej, it's one guy from Iceland, however like all scandinavians who are true to their culture he moved to Germany where all the big recording studios are... :confused: The original singer from ToT did that with her Leaves Eyes project. She focuses a lot on Norwegian culture and heritage with her music in that band ironically.

The Blood Axis song is a setting of Longfellow's The Challenge of Thor. Blood Axis isn't a white power/ WN band, but Michael Moynihan (the fellow behind the band) has certainly expressed pro-European traditionalist sentiments, this is highlighted especially well by his introduction to Evola's Men Among the Ruins and his publishing of the Tyr Journal (featuring the likes of Alain de Benoist).
