Are high Germans (southern Germany/Austria/Swizerland) more alpine or nordic? Is natural blond a common hair color among high Germans?

Well my family is Alemannic/Swabian and some are both Nordic, Alpine, and some are also Dinaric. There is no predominance either way, but I inherited Alpine traits from my paternal grandfather. My sister and I had light hair at birth, especially my sister, and as we grew up it got darker. I have relatives with blonde hair in older age.

My family hails from Bavaria and the Baden region. We have quite a mixture. Both grandfathers had dark hair, dark skin, and blue eyes. Both grandmas had brown hair, but where my paternal had dark skin and blue eyes, my maternal had fair skin and brown eyes.
My father could pass for "Irish", black hair, light blue eyes, but dark skin.
My mother is very "Nordic", blue eyes, bright blonde hair, and fair skin.
My sister has fair skin, blue eyes, and hair that has changed from blonde to dark brown.
My brother is "Nordic" and resembles Dolph Lundgren.
I have light skin (actually, red skin probably having to do with a family history of heart problems), blue eyes, and hair that has changed from bright red to bright blonde to reddish blonde, which is weird because I only have one close family member who has red hair, a cousin.
I think it's also weird that having parents with dark hair, my mom has blonde and having one parent with jet black hair, my siblings and I all were born with light hair.
We are also rather short, me being one of the tallest at 5'8".
I'm not too into sub-race classifying, but I hope that helps.
Oh, and another thing, we are superior to all other "Germans".

Well...from what I have understood here, High Germans are a nordic-alpine mixture. Is that true? And can you give me a chart of the charastatics of the alpinid race?

Yes. Blondism is not restricted only to the Nordic race. Alpines vary, and while tending to be brunet do have many blondes among them. Blondism is also higher among the brachycephalic Baltid race than among the mesocephalic and dolicocephalic Nordic race.
I believe High Germans are closer to the Alpinid mean than to the Nordid mean. Anyone have any information that points to a different direction? Alpines are historically more common in the southern portions of Germany.

So you say that east slavs are the "blondiest"?
