Presently Arabs, Latinos, and Africans produce a disproportionate amount of children in comparison with their White and Asian counterparts. The difference is not only within Western nations but worldwide as well with Hong Kong having the lowest birth rate and Niger having the highest. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_birth_rate

Feminism; where women work to support themselves instead of being at home with children. At first I thought this was to blame but Black and Hispanic women work just as long or longer then white and asian women and produce almost double the offspring.

r-K selection: in an r-situation, organisms will invest in quick reproduction, in a K-situation they will rather invest in prolonged development and long life.
Since blacks & browns are more on the r selected they will always have larger litters, stronger sex drives, care less for offspring.

If the latter is more culpable then we cannot expect whites to be able to compete with immigrants within our nations regardless of the social environment.

I'm new to r-K selection theories, demographics, genetics, ect. and I'd like to know what your thoughts are.

While I wouldn't say race is the only factor (religion and location have a lot to do with this sort of trend as well), due to either genetic or traditional causes (family memes) I think this is a definate concern. Unfortunately there doesn't seem much to be done about it, or else get called discrimination. You don't really want to anger reckless people with no concern for life because they're likely to kamikaze you in a Jihadist fashion (the tactic is not only done by Islamic terrorists). They are willing to harm you even at unreasonable risks of both them self and their offspring.

Really the only way to deal with recklessness is to introduce laws that limit the pursuit of reckless habits (which un-reckless people won't feel the sting of, but reckless will) along with introducing meme-based alterations in children once they're born to diminish reckless family and religious and demographic traditions.
