For the sake of truth I just checked the link, and it turns out that the meaning was totally opposite. Here's what says there (my translation):

Jadni pokusaj ustasko-balijsko-siptarske alijanse da portretira "zli Srbe" putem ovog nazovi muzickog spota. Na samom kraju se pojavljuje neki crnjo sto im je najvjerovatnije bio holivudski reziser ili producent.

Sve u svemu tesko da sam ikad nesto jadnije u zivotu vidio...

"Poor attempt of Ustasha-Balija-Shiptar alliance to portrait the 'evil Serbs' with this so-called musical spot. At the very ending a nigger appears, which indicates that their director was most probably a Hollywood director or producer.

"All in all, I haven't seen anything more pathetic in my entire life..."

And the title is: A Comedy: Ustasha/Balija/Shiptar created "Music" spot

The rest is mostly laughter at the creators of the spot, with comments how obvious their goal was, and how stupid and pathetic in the same time.
