The "Starbucks" element there should be sufficiently obscure to keep the high-powered corporate lawyers (who spend their days reading this message board and billing those hours to their clients) away from the deep pockets of ThePhora.

P.S. I hope you folks have liability insurance, but not too much of it. There's nothing like insurance money to excite the interest of lawyers.
