Growing up in various shit-hole neighborhoods, I came to understand this reality as my home and garage were continuously spray-painted with LK (Latin Kings) or S13 (Sur 13). These were just two of many 'gangs' that were exclusively Mexican.

Yeah I never understood why they do. I have read something that an american-born mexican wrestler wrote about hip-hop and the latino community. Apparently rap initially was only popular with the latinos in the United States because of their contact with hip-hop culture there (from the blacks). However he said that rap didn't become popular in Mexico itself until much later. So I always found it odd. The Latinos have basically assimilated themselves into "black ghetto hip-hop culture." For shame. The biggest wannabes I have ever seen though are Filipinos. A VERY HIGH percentage of them try to act like they are black. When I lived in downtown toronto (at the time) I didn't notice these filipinos much.. they were a novelty. But when I moved into this damn suburb they were everywhere. When I was a kid I thought they were asian negros (well actually they kind of are figuratively the "negroes" of East Asia) because they couldn't stop acting black. :D

The Chinese economy is growing strong because western companies are outsourcing labour there for a very cheap price. With China's low labour costs and competition they are going to see some growth for awhile. As for being the top world power? I was thinking it may happen but we shall see. The only reason China is experiencing growth is because of their attractiveness to business. This is why I hate globalization with a passion. These companies can do whatever they want. If you raise minimum wage in the North America or Western Europe the companies can just go take their business elsewhere and find some chinaman or indian to do the work for them for five times cheaper or something. :D Or in the United States they could just hire some illegal border jumper to do the work at a menial cost. Both methods pretty much fuck over the native populations in the west.

No, it isn't. If China steps West, it'll get stomach pains from Uighur peoples (Muslim Turks) uprising. If it moves east, it'll hit Taiwan, which has a better airforce than China ever will, far superior missiles, is under the US nuclear umbrella, and will probably have Japanese backing. If it hits North Korea, NK has nuclear weapons and will probably get backing from South Korea (don't underestimate nationalism) in the process. If it goes north, Russia has the heaviest land based nuclear weaponary on the planet, and given the oil and gas supplies in Siberia, it'd probably get EU and US backing. If China goes south, it'll end up in Vietnam, and their odds of success aren't good.

Furthermore, China has historically never been an expansionist empire.

A twenty foot tall concrete wall with machine gun nests along the southern US border, plus high import tarriffs, and a deportation campaign of all illegal immigrants would be a start. From then on, butchering government expenditure plus lowering taxes would certainly help.

The Turks have always been lesser in numbers than the Chinks. That said, even the old Chinese Emperors feared the Turks, and granted those they conquered a degree of autonomy bordering on independence. The Chinese population is declining, not increasing. The USA will go to war over Taiwan if China attempts to sieze it by force. The reasoning for this is that if America did not, it would no longer be seen as a power in the region. Russia will, if China uses force to invade, fight back with everything up to and possibly including, nuclear weapons.
