Disappointing...

And if that's "bad photoshop" work, then I should abandon any false pretense that I ever had a chance at getting "good".

There was a critique of this photo somewhere that, along with the photo itself, was making the email-rounds at one point. I don't have it any longer, but the proportions or ratios of wave size to the city are all fucked up; I think there is a bad blending of the wave into the city scene (i guess this is seen in extreme close up - you can make out the crappy pixelation and bad splicing or something like that); amongst other things. I'll see if I can track it down.
