While Australian multiculturalism acknowledges that diversity is a fact of life, and supports policies allowing people the freedom to maintain ethnic identities, values and lifestyles, it insists that this must be done within an overarching framework of common laws and shared values and institutions.

English is our national language, and our legal and Parliamentary systems are largely British in origin.

Multiculturalism does not diminish, but arises out of, this inheritance.

supports policies allowing people the freedom to maintain ethnic identities, values, lifestyles
it asks all Australians to positively accept that we are a very diverse society and, subject to the law, to recognise each other’s rights to choose how they wish to livethat is not going to stop them from getting a hold on our children. they don't really want us.
they want our children and grandchildren.

this must be done within an overarching framework of common laws and shared values and institutions.

English is our national language, and our legal and Parliamentary systems are largely British in origin.

Multiculturalism does not diminish, but arises out of, this inheritance. The legal and parliamentary systems may be "largely British in origin", but more significantly and what they fail to mention is that the Australian people themselves are largely "British in origin". Obviously bringing in lots of non-whites goes directly against this

It is the racial equivalent of their beloved "legal and parliamentary systems" being slowly replaced by african tribal forms of government, soulless asian despotic governments, Islamic theocracies, etc.
