Does anyone use them? If so, what do you use and how does it work?
I bought Modafinil online the other day. I will let you know how it goes, assuming it gets through customs(sched IV). I expect that it will.

I received it in the mail today. Though it is a controlled substance in the US, my small supply was not detained.
I took 200 mg at 9 PM. It noticeably increased subjective alertness. I felt as though I were extremely well-rested. I still feel this way now, 5 hours and 20 minutes later. I decided to read something that I would normally not be especially interested in. A text on metamathematics which requires careful reading and rereading; the sort of reading that I would normally start to find tedious in 30 minutes. I read for 2 hours straight, very patiently. I would not say that it was engrossing, but I was interested and did not experience the normal tedium. There is no speediness. I feel very relaxed and not at all jittery. There is no euphoria, but I feel mood elevation and increased confidence. It is subtle. I took my BP and heart rate several times and every trial was normal. I like this drug. I will take it again. The only downsides are that it isn't cheap and that it is controlled, so I have to order from the UK(there are not going to be street sources for this).

I have been taking piracetam at high doses. It seems to reduce fatigue slightly, but otherwise had no noticeable effect.
