The high ratio is because we are in the process of rebuilding our membership, which was at one time pretty large but many left after a rash of technical problems last year. That issue has been rectified, though.

There are 7 mods because 5 of us chipped in to pay for the place, Fade is an admin, and we've got a guy who helps us with the technical stuff.
