John Coleman in the book «Diplomacy by deception» tells about who supported Milosevic
Serbia prepared for aggression by London
British secret service MI6 produced the Yugoslav crisis and prepared Serbia for aggression because Great Britain always had interests in the Balkans. Furthermore the roots of Serbian aggression reach down to WW1 when Serbia was promised to obtain territorial concessions in the future! This is the main conclusion of the book «Diplomacy by deception» by Dr. John Coleman published by Zagreb «Detecta».
To those uninformed it needs to be said that Coleman , hismelf an ex-agent of MI6, is also author of the book «Conspirators' Hierarchy: The Commitee of 300» which was best-selling book for weeks in Croatia. In it he presented claims which for some are expeceted and unquestionable, and to others schizofrenic and crazy. From the arsenal of conspiracy theories of secret societies which point the world policies where here it is clearly refered to mysterious «Commitee 300», supra-national entity and to it's executive branches «Club of Rome» and «Round Table». Colemen states that these organizations control all major institutions in the world and statesmen and that they are forcing them to work by their commandments. He numbered a series of organizations which help in that such as the 'Royal Institute of International Affairs', 'The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations', Standford Institute , Hudson Institute... His conclusion is that every mentioned organization and even NATO, CIA, Mossad and Interpol are manipulated by MI6in the favour of Commitee 300.
The root of the problem
His latest book, written over more than 10 years ago, was created on the foundations of it's predecessor so we can expect that this one will be equally successful, if not more, because in it one chapter is dealing with the crises of ex-Yugoslavia. Coleman mentiones that he wrote this book on the demand of many requests to make some examples and cases to prove the existance of the «Commitee 300». So in this one he talks about dangers from the UN, cruel and illegal «Gulf War», about American oil policy in foreign countries, «evil spirit» of the Rockefellers, of Israel, Panama, secret assassinations....
«Yugoslavia in focus» is the name of the chapter on 28 pages and begins with the claim that Serbia «was always the source of problems in the Balkans». It reminds who and how caused the WW1 but also mentions the promises made by the «Allies», especially under influence of Great Britain. In his focus of interest are Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina who, by his opinion, are on the target of the «Commitee 300» which over these two countries, as he writes, direclty applied it's program of destruction of sovereignty of states and nations.
He also discovers the beginings of the Yugoslav crises which are very intriguing: «British secret sorvice is in complete control of todays yugoslav opration which begun in 1984. During the preparation for the forthcoming events Yugoslavia ordered large quantities of gunpowder from South Africa which was in that time gunpowder of best quality in the world. Huge portion of South African gunpowder went in 1984 to Iran but then by instructions from someone in London Yugoslavia started «sucking in» considerable ammounts for it's needs. International reports which content is known to me have discovered that the financial side was carried out by the bank 'Arbuthnot Latham’ from London, for both Iran and Yugoslavia. Amassing of weapons was carried out in years just before the constitutional crisis in Yugoslavia.

Constitutional crisis came out on the stimulation of MI6 on May 15th 1991 so that Milosevic, his bolsheviks, who were instructed and trained by MI6 and also militant wing of Serbian army blocked the system of collective state presidency where representatives of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro rotated. Coleman claims how Milosevic needed to start the war by the instructions of MI6 so that Serbia could take territories which weren't hers and that because of this the agreement of confederation was blocked. Wheter you agree or not the book will be interesting . In one he is certainly right and that is no one tried to stop Miloseivc in his bloody war expeditions.
