Congratulations to Finland on its achievements.

However it would be more productive for most young Finns to do work and raise families than to spend too long in education and become old white collar service economy consumers with 0.5 children. How much opportunity is there in Finland for engineering and science etc. jobs? brain drain

They didnt make it to the list, tunisia is the only african country thats there, being 55th.
Estonias result was a bit surprising to me, if they would get rid of the russians and poverty they'd do as well as we are doing i'd bet.

Agreed, but as the article states this is the test for 15 year olds :>
Theres a whole lot of opportunities in engineering espcially, wouldnt know much about science.
