Take in account all of those will be transferred to D/P, where physical and special moves are determened by the attack and not type.

It's quite a pitty it doesn't get a decent psychic move even in D/P, but let it be. Psywave beeing sort of improved Night Shade makes a good suprise, EQ and Rock Slide are general attacking moves, and Overheat is mainly because I hate Skarmory and Forretress.

The lack of a recovery move may be somewhat difficult to handle in long-term battles, but still, a suprise for many, as Wigglytuff's titanic HP is helpfull making strong subs, and make Blissey run away.
