Some folks are getting errors when trying to change their passwords.
This is most likely caused by the user sending multiple requests. Often the mail system is laggy, and responding to a previous password request when the subsequent one has not yet arrived in your inbox will generate an error, as new requests invalidate older requests. In some cases it has taken hours for the mail to arrive.
If the problem persists, email the admin (http://www.thephora.net/forum/sendmessage.php)
