This documentary was made for the German television, hence the German subtitles. The talk is mostly in English but it has some German and Croatian.
The war footage was taken in Gospić and area around Gospić, Croatia.

The file has some glitches that pauses the movie, at least it has done it to me couple of time, but it's tolerable. And later in the film you will notice that sound and picture are not synchronized, it's probably because of the glitches...

edit: some nice HOS footage, u can see volunteers from the netherlands,australia,england, homemade rockets in action against Serb forces in the gospic area...
I've watched the first part and I'm stunned. There was that footage of one burned out house after the other...I kept thinking this has got to stop somewhere, but they just kept driving and filming.
the skinny british merc. is totally @#%$ up....he wrote a book and stuff like that....

after he got kicked out from Gospic he went to Osijek and joined the famous volunteer unit lead by a journalist,a portugese one...he also kicked got kicked out from Osijek....

Yes there is some Australian with a heavy Aussie accent at the end of the movie. By the looks I thought he was one of ours but I only heard him speak few Croatian words so I wasn't sure...

About Karl Penta, he was in Gospic... Romuald Karmakar, the German documentarymaker of Warheads first came to the guys to ask if they were interested in participating in the docu, but Karl was the main character. There's a scene where Karl is mocking Mirko Norac while smoking pot and drinking hard liquer. Karmakar then gets upset, telling Karl his docu was not a komedy, but a serious film. Karl instantly starts to stutter and shuts up. The next scene he's packing his stuff because he was told by the MUP to get out of Gospic back to Zagreb and go home. This was done by direct order of Norac. He told Johan Tilder that he kicked Karl out of the country for making fun of him in public. Norac was the youngest general during the war, but he was not to be messed around with - obviously!
