Books on genetics should be in the science section under biology.

Most books that tackle "the racial question" are usually found in the history section as comparative histories of civilisations founded by different races.

P.S. You're probably better getting a recommendation off the web and then ordering off Amazon. Books on these topics are generally not well-stocked in most bookstores.
