I didn't read the whole article but I can guess more or less what it is all about.

It was already predicted that when China would ever adopt Capitalist tendencies or capitalism as a whole then Capitalism in the west will fail utterly and completely. It will bring forth a standstill to the economic superpowers of the west and they will most likely fall back to a sort of social democracy.
China has lower wages, etc, etc and moreover they have 1.x billion inhabitants.
