What he is saying is that if Asians legitimately earn their position, nobody should take it away. In other words, if whites are too stupid to compete, then too bad.

It is a demographic read-out of California college students. On it, it states that, over-all, about 7% of the student body in colleges in California are black. For California, about 6.2% of the population is Black.
