that translates to 4,301,280 according to this BBC in depth article..

entire British population set to break 60m soon, the south-east taking the brunt of this...

By contrast, about 20%+ of Canada is foreign-born (as of 2001 it says 19% but by now its even more). Our non-white population is at the very least 17%.. probably 18% (reported 16.7% in 2001). So roughly the percentages are about the same... with there being more foreigners than non-whites. However in Britain you guys are like 14%+ non-white but have only 7.5% foreign-born. That must mean that you guys have many more second-generation (and third-generation) non-white immigrants. Am I right?
