Fifa to investigate racist abuse against Emile Heskey

The FA have asked Fifa to investigate allegations of racist abuse directed towards Emile Heskey, which marred England's 4-1 victory over Croatia in Zagreb.

The Wigan Athletic forward was subjected to a barrage of abuse throughout the match, with monkey chants being heard during much of the second half.

"We can confirm that we will be making a report to Fifa about the racist chanting aimed at Emile Heskey by some Croatia fans during the World Cup qualifying game in Zagreb," an FA spokesman said. "It is unacceptable for anyone to be subjected to racial abuse and we will be asking Fifa to investigate this.

"The FA and England team are determined to do all they can to eradicate any form of racism from football and society."Fifa to investigate racist abuse against Emile Heskey (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/international/article4731682.ece)

"Longer term, we are involved in a European campaign to ensure to all governments, football associations and clubs across Eastern and Central Europe know what political and educational action they need to take to engender tolerant attitudes and an appreciation of Europe as it is.

"It is not an easy undertaking but one that is crucial to the future of the new Europe."

What the hell? Someone, somewhere is actually paying for this 'campaign'?

Oh, well. No reasonable person can oppose something like this, "an appreciation of Europe as it is," right?

The Croats lost 4:1 to England with Theo Walcott (black) scoring three times.

Punishment given on the spot, I should say.

Walcott isn't "black".

Heskey was in fact the only black on the team who played.

There were however five half-castes in the starting line-up, plus Jenas who came on as sub.

The sheer prevalence of mixed-race players at the top of the English is a fascinating phenomenon for a Steve-Sailer type to write about.

That there are too many blacks and part-blacks in the English game is another story. But there is a definite pecking order:

Half-castes with normal English names, and a fairly typically white working class demeanor. Get to play for England no matter how lacking in talent (see Glen Johnson, Wes Brown etc)

Full blooded blacks of West-Indian descent. Usually with double-barreled names to show off their bastardy. Always on the fringes (see Sean Wright-Phillips, Nigel Reo-Coker).

Africans and descendants. More chance of playing for England at rugby frankly. Usually hulking 15 stone brick shit-house types who couldn't trap a bag of cement and who foul their way to goals in the lower divisions. (e.g Shola Ameobi, Chris Iwelumo, Dele Adebola)

Putting a band-aid on it by eliminating its expression, which involves taking away people's freedoms, is all that is possible, of course. And people are not generally too fond of increasingly out of control and oppressive political correctness. No one would care of think much of anything about any other kinds of chants going on at a football game. Why are making monkey noices so unacceptable compared to anything else?

Do they know that there are some starving orphans in Guatemala and a cat stuck up a tree in Hampstead?
