This guy is certainly not White or Oriental. He's not pure mestizo or pure West African neither.

You cannot classify people by their physical appearance or looks alone. You need to get a DNA sample. You can EXCLUDE them from certain races. On the contrary, you cannot INCLUDE them in a race or ethnicity with conclusiveness.

Ashkenazi Jews may look 100% White with blonde hair and blue eyes, but their DNA proves otherwise, it is 70% Middle-Eastern or Semitic. Some Latinos from Latin America may look pure White but their DNA is mixed with non-white blood. There are many examples, I have friends who are half-Asian (Chinese) and half-White (American), but they look almost pure White that many people mistake them for being White.
