What software you use to encode the video to wmv format?
It was already in .wmv format, or at least some format compatible with Windoze Movie Maker, which is what I used to edit this.
It all came from the official Democratic People's Republic of Korea propagandasite, I forget the exact address.
When I clicked the link it didn't work.
Unfortunately I will be on dial-up for this coming week so no video downloads...:(
