I've seen this already before, and yes, it's a fake. I can't see how any minority would want to be white given that they receive preferential treatment nowadays and have in many cases a stronger, more cohesive identity than most white people.

You have people like Alan Keyes who's whiter then most white people today, so it's not entirely out of the question.
