How heartwarming; an elder statesman sharing his wisdom of experience to idealistic but impatient and careless youths... :p
And "Liberal Democratic Party" is a hilariously ironic title for an extreme right-wing organization.

Russian Member of Parliament Gives Skinheads Advice on Avoiding Arrest
(March 15, 2006)
A member of the State Duma from the extreme nationalist Liberal Democratic Party of Russia has posted on his web site advice to neo-Nazis on how to avoid arrest, according to a March 13, 2006 report by the Sova Information-Analytical Center. Nikolai Kuryanovich, who last year was seen on a videotape attending a neo-Nazi meeting and making a fascist salute, advised neo-Nazis to not keep extremist literature at home in case police searched the premises. “Put in all on a CD-Rom and hide it far from your home,” the member of parliament recommended. He also called on skinheads to cease violent attacks on non-Russians, arguing that this only would lead to their arrests and thus “impede the struggle for the future of Russia.” However, as Sova pointed out, Mr. Kuryanovich has not been above calling for racist violence in past speeches, casting doubt on the sincerity of this seemingly peaceful statement.
