Would you agree with the following quotation? I have taken it from page 338 of A Modern Utopia by H.G. Wells, in the Chapter on Race.

"There is only one sane and logical thing to be done with a really inferior race, and that is to exterminate it. But a Modern Utopia would do that without any clumsiness of race distinction, in exactly the same manner, and by the same machinery, as it exterminates all its own defectives and inferior strains; that is, by marriage laws, and by the laws of the minimum wage. . . . If any of the race did, after all, prove to be fit to survive -- they would be picked out with a sure and automatic justice from the over-ready condemnation of their kind." (My italics)

There are definitely social mechanisms already in place that function to weed out or contain such hereditary defectives. The incarceration rate of black males has been rising for years now. The average prisoner in the United States is significantly less intelligent and far more prone to suffer from various psychological disorders than the average American.

The sort of Eugenics which H.G. Wells proposes in his A Modern Utopia is not racially conscious, and even allows for interracial marriage to occur as long as both parties are not below a certain level of excellence. He acknowledges the possibility that the majority of Blacks would be breeded out of existence in this system, but a minority would probably still exist and mix with the Whites, for no Race is wholly inferior, and he does not appear to have any problems with this.

Within a mere few generations, the "superior blacks" would be absorbed by the far more numerous asian and european populations. In effect, this policy would rapidly breed blacks out of existence.

I cannot prove it. I am discussing the hypothetical scenario, which you have raised. If all but superior blacks were dissuaded from propagating their seed, it would leave very few blacks with the ability to breed, assuming that intelligence is an important factor in determining superiority. It is likely that the remaining viable breeders would be absorbed by the other populations in due time. This is especially the case because it would all but eliminate the urban ghettos where blacks are "forced" to remain by their low intelligence. The superior blacks would more readily mix with the other populations than the average black of nowadays.

But it's really moot exactly whom Wells considered to be the superior race - those who excelled because of their culture, their superior intellect and their physical beauty (the Eloi), or those who survived and ultimately prevailed in spite of their dark ugliness but did so because of their superior numbers and innate aggressiveness (the Morlochs).

No, I would not. How do you define superior? Intelligence is certainly a valuable trait, but I find blacks aesthetically repulsive and disagreeable in many other ways. The ideal we should be aiming at should be a composite of all socially desirable traits.

I'm not in favor of racial retrenchment or stagnation either. If we could create a better race of human beings, then I would be entirely for that.

The blacks that would even qualify are so ridiculously few in number that they would all but disappear within the course of several generations. They would also overwhelmingly be some sort of mullattos.

Don't forget the current Roe v. Wade abortion policy.

Right now nigger females have abortions at 3 times the rate of White females and taco niggers at 2 times the rate!
