Saw this over at Occidental Dissent. (http://www.occidentaldissent.com/2011/04/06/confederate-flag-removed-palestine-texas/) Kudos to you and your parents, kid.

PALESTINE, TX (KLTV) - Close to 50 protestors waving the Confederate flag and holding signs that read 'heritage not hate' are gathered on the Anderson County Courthouse Lawn.

They say they are protesting for freedom. The youngest protestor is a fourth grade boy waving the third national Confederate flag. His name is William Peeler of Palestine and he says he does not pledge allegiance to the American flag.

"It's a bad flag. Under that flag, the Yankees killed southerners," said Peeler, who's standing beside his father.

Around 11:15 am, several verbal disputes broke out between the protestors and County Commissioner Rashad Mims.:negro:

Right now, the protest is calm, but deputies are still on scene surrounding the courthouse lawn.

(I don't condone slavery, but that's not why that war was fought.) A lot of other evil has also been committed under that flag, both in this land and overseas. Millions of people have lost lives and liberties at the hands of goons who wore a US flag patch on their uniforms.

Fuck the US flag. It's irredeemable. It must stand forever for the most abominable hypocrisy, lies, and hubris -- not to mention Zionism. May it burn in infamy!

'heritage not hate' ? What this sounds like is some hackneyed sound bite by the class of 'non-conformists' that are signaling they've given into the fifth column by going on the defensive when 'hate' is introduced into the equasion. The 'protestors' may as well be ZOG plants which would justify the media attention they are given while they kvetch in a fashion that pays homage to a slave morality, where their tactics are a futile attempt to make any real difference in they way this society is headed.

How about heritage AND hate?

What's wrong with hate? Since when has hate become some kind of atrocity?

I'm sick of whites constantly falling for the rhetoric of the enemy. I want to see whites openly hating. I want to see open "racism".

I want to see some fucking passion, not this watered down, scared half-assed bullshit.

Until I see that, I see no hope.

The South isn't rising again, fellas. Forget it.

In fact the South is the major manufacturer of Patriotards today.

I could envision a post-revolutionary order where the U.S. flag were brought back in its 13-star incarnation.

He's right. The Union flag was on the wrong side in the War Against Self-Government.

The South had no dreams of self-government. The paleo-libertarians have distorted history to make the war a dispute over free markets. If anything, the antebellum slaveholders saw their society as a bulwark against the destructiveness of capitalism.

Maybe the War Against Self-Government was the Union's response to the Whiskey Rebellion.

Not really. It's kind of a slave syndrome - now that might be ironic.

Like the Germans becoming slavish to the holohoax, it's a mentality that often creeps in among the vanquished, especially when they've had it crammed down their throats to no end. There were strong signs of it in the Japanese in the 60s but I think they recognized it and slyly combat it as much as possible.
