Have a gym membership, and do weights there.

I want to go 3 or 4 times a week but end up on average only going 1 or 2 times. And the past two weeks I was deathly busy and didn't go at all.

I also have a tennis lesson on Saturday mornings.

When I exercise it's nearly always cardio and usually running. I used to go everyday (with a break on Sunday) but I have been seriously neglecting it recently. I think it might be time to dust off the running shoes.

I do nothing exercise wise. I do often wish I did however. I am not sure I would even know where to begin, and I quite simply cannot afford gym membership.

Mostly cardio, sports and of course good stretching before that. Sometimes I go to gym and do some weights.
